Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has been able to make significant progress to Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu, the song that he released in 2016, won the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for Best Song. In Medellin, Sony's La Industria Inc. released ADN the debut album of his long-playing career. In the Top Latin Albums chart ranked the album at 8. Vaina Loca is one of the Top Five smash hit in 2010, featured him alongside Ozuna. In the year 2020, he teamed up with Noriel on Mala Influencia and released the album Dopamina that year. In 2021 he recorded a duet for TINI's hit track Maldita Foto. In 2023, 2000 with the smash hit La Bachata was released. Turizo was brought up in a music-oriented environment since both his mom and his older brother are musicians. He has said in interviews that music is compulsory. He began playing the guitar, saxophone ukulele, and piano as when he was a child. In spite of initially wanting to work as a vet, Julian convinced him that learning with a Cuban singing teacher would change his direction in life.
